Infonium is a Canadian owned and operated software publisher that automates healthcare system processes by filling the information gaps between hospital organizational units and across organizations. Continuously focusing on value to the customer, Infonium is taking a fresh, responsive approach to the creation and delivery of healthcare IT by applying Agile and Lean methodologies. This approach combined with a compelling vision for a next generation healthcare IT company, has led to Infonium's recognition as a "Canadian Innovation Leader" by Industry Canada, and a "Top 40 Under 40" award for Infonium's CEO and founder, Jay Lawrence.

Based in Ottawa, Infonium is successfully collaborating with many Canadian healthcare practitioners to develop innovative software solutions that solve issues that are specific to the healthcare industry. By focusing solely on the Canadian healthcare industry, Infonium has acquired profound knowledge of the challenges in the industry, particularly in the areas of Accountability and Efficiency. The company recognizes that healthcare system requirements are always evolving and its philosophy is to develop solutions that address current needs as well as are adaptable to changing future requirements.

Infonium recognises that Canadian healthcare practitioners want solutions that drive the healthcare transformation agenda forward. Healthcare practitioners are looking for proven solutions that directly address system challenges and have a rapid and realistic ROI, with minimal risk. Practitioners want solutions that do not require a dramatic overhaul of existing healthcare systems and that integrate with, and complement, existing software solutions and working practices.

Since its inception, Infonium has built a team of experienced software developers that understands the Canadian healthcare industry and has established success in developing innovative healthcare applications.

Infonium’s solutions are making a positive difference, today, in Canadian healthcare facilities.
